BidSpot.in ("BidSpot", "we", "us") operates a paid leaderboard where anyone can bid real money for a visible ranking position. By submitting a listing or placing a bid, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're paying for

A bid buys a ranking position on the public leaderboard for the listing you submit — a placement determined solely by the amount bid relative to other listings — for as long as your position holds against other bidders. It is not advertising placement guaranteed for a fixed duration, and it is not a guarantee of any specific amount of traffic, clicks, or conversions.

2. Eligibility & listing content

You must own or have the right to promote the website, product, or handle you submit.
Listings must not link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or anything that infringes a third party's rights.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including after payment, if it violates these terms — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to your bid in that case.
Submitting a listing does not create a user account; you're identified only by the email you provide, for receipts and fraud follow-up.

3. Bidding & ranking mechanics

Minimum bid is ₹100 (or the equivalent in the currency shown at checkout).
Rankings update automatically based on cumulative bid totals; a higher bid from another party can move your listing down at any time.
"Today's Board" totals reset daily; "All-Time Board" totals accumulate permanently.
All bid amounts, once paid, are final — see the Refund Policy for the narrow exceptions.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles all payment credentials directly. A bid is only counted once payment is confirmed and verified server-side.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

BidSpot is a visibility mechanism, not a marketing service. We make no representation about how much traffic, revenue, or attention a given rank will generate for your listing.

6. Limitation of liability

BidSpot is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of rank position due to being outbid.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
